VTE Warehouse - Company Policies
VTE Warehouse is the stocking distributor for VTE, Inc.'s standard catalog products. We offer the buyer low volume shipments, low prices, and quick order processing.

| Ship Date: | Typically within 2 business days for in-stock items. Non-stock items have 2 - 4 week lead time. |
| Order Minimum: | $25.00 order minimum, per shipment, per destination. Items ordered in materials other than our standard 'V' material have a $150 line item minimum. |

| Terms: | 1% - 10 Net 30 (freight prepaid and added) 2% - 10 Net 30 (billed to your UPS account) |

| VTE Warehouse can provide product drawings upon request. Certificate of Compliance and Certificate of Origin (NAFTA) documents are available. PPAPs, Flammability Tests paperwork, or Material Data Sheets are available by ordering from VTE Inc. | |
